BRC-721 bitcat design failure issue

bitcat - a meme NFT deployed in Ordinals (#7954094), 2023/5/19, the deployer claimed his bitcat complied with a newly released BRC-721 protocol. 
Much exceeding the 10,000 amount limit, about 37,000 confirmed and pending inscriptions of that bitcat have been inscribed within a few hours (and hundreds more in the following few days) upon the deployer sending a Twitter (or his deployment inscription has been seen by someone).
Ironically the bitcat data (json files) and pfps (.png) are stored at IPFS - which Etherurm NFT projects usually do the same thing - unfortunately, the bitcat deployer did not check the texts before his deployment, so he made silly mistakes in the JSON files (e.g.: ipfs://bafybeif7x7d66izqtgicikmae2ikp5ftbth7ttn3fcaqyn4vy2y2kzvvvu/4466.json).
Conclusion: it indicates that 1) Ordiners should have done more research before paying the inscribe gas esp. when the gas fee reaches 120sats. 2) Ren duo de difang buyao qu.
